Scheduled to open in Spring 2023, Pain Science Physical Therapy owners Orit and Matt Hickman purchased the derelict accounting firm building in Burien, WA to convert into a new Physical Therapy clinic. Upward’s design team has assisted with site selection, space planning, project budgeting, general contractor selection, and the redesign of the building’s interior spaces. New program will include an ADA accessible entry and reception, warm-up gym spaces, private treatment rooms, staff break rooms, offices, and a new separate tenant space on the building’s lower level.
