In collaboration with JDDA Food Services in Houston, TX, Upward designed this SeaTac Airport installation proposal for Seattle’s Wasabi Bistro. A neutral palette of grays and natural materials allows the food of Wasabi Seattle to be the star of the restaurant. Taking design cues from Wasabi’s Belltown location, the bold storefront receives travelers and guides them into the counter and bar. Guests can order for take-out or dine-in along the counter and watch their fresh meal being made to order, or sit in the bar and order from the same menu while enjoying a craft cocktail.
