The owners of a successful Seattle-area, multi-location donut shop famous for their maple bars engaged Upward Architecture to design a new ground-up facility for them in Sumner, Washington. The approximate 1.9 acre lot will be developed with a stand-alone purpose-built facility for their donut shop, as well as 5-6 additional retail and restaurant tenant spaces. The project is currently in Schematic Design.
