Pro Sales Incorporated designs and manufactures stainless steel components for the winery, brewery and food-service industries. The company had outgrown its previous facility in Auburn, WA and needed to build a new facility that enabled and nurtured the inter-relationships between the sales team, technical engineering staff and manufacturing employees.
The reception area and lobby frames an on-stage R&D lab to showcase their products and engineering capabilities. The facility encompasses sales and engineering offices, teleconferencing facilities, a 12,000 square foot manufacturing floor with real-time RFID part tracking technology, and a 4,000 square foot gym and indoor driving range for the exclusive use Pro Sales’ staff and clients. The work was completed while Mark was a founding principal at Urbanadd.
