This townhome on the south-facing side of Queen Anne was perfectly sized for the new homeowners, but the original interiors fell short of their exacting aesthetic tastes. After removing all finishes—in some cases down to the studs—the design and construction team meticulously re-crafted this 4-story residence.
The new material palette included wide-plank engineered wood floors, rift-sawn white oak doors, refinished wall-surfaces, and LED lighting throughout. Also incorporated was a rebuilt stair with cantilevered glass railing, and fully renovated bathrooms and kitchen with bespoke cabinetry fabricated by the builder, Bellan Construction. The work was completed while Mark was a founding principal at Urbanadd.
