The Nicon McGraw Building, originally constructed in the 1950’s, has seen a number of renovations and repairs over its lifetime. Renovations to the building will include: removal of the dated mansard awnings, increase of storefront heights to strengthen retail tenant visibility, establishment of consistent signage guidelines, and development of stronger pedestrian connections. Work completed while a founding principal at Urbanadd.
